    Death Takes Area Woman
    CLINTON - Mrs. Margaret (Peg) Schwald, 52, wife of Edgar P.
    Schwald, 10 Mulbery St., died this morning at Faxton Hospital, after
    a long illness. She was born Sept. 8, 1915, in Utica, daughter of
    Donald A. and Katherine Morris MacLean, and was education in
    Utica and New Hartford Schools. She and Mr. Schwald were married
    July 3, 1937, in Utica and they took up residence in Clinton.
    Mrs. Schwald was a past president of American Legion Post 232
    Auxiliary, member of Grace Chapter, OES, and was of the Protestant
    faith. Surviving are her husband; her father, of Verona Beach; a brother
    Donald M., of Clinton. The funeral will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. from
