Notes |
Married:
- MARRIAGE YEAR: Per Some Alta California Pioneers Volume 2, by Dorothy Mutnick, neither of this couple were seen in the Villa Branciforte 1830 census. They were most likely married prior to this census and probably living in Monterey.

1860 Burnett, Santa Clara, California census aged 60
married to
(*Note 1)Maria Andrea Pinto y [Tapia]
1860 Burnett, Santa Clara, California census aged 55 (listed as Mariana Juarez)
*Note 1: Andrea and Rita Pinto were madrinas many times for yndios at Mission San Jose, Andrea from 3/1819 to 2/5/1827; Rita from 8/8/1816 to 6/15/1825 and was identified SJLC 1/23/1826. See note (2) Pinto y Tapia.
Francisco was not listed with his parents Villa 30, nor was Andrea, with the widow Manuela Tapia which suggests that they were already married, the entry of their marriage being in the unavailable Santa Cruz register. If so, they were perhaps at Monterey.
