Married Sarah Jones 19 July 1780 in Shenandoah Co. Va. Lived on Little Flats of Greenbrier in Botetourt till moving to Gallia Co. Ohio Oct. 1802
Sarah was daughter of James Jones JR. And Frances Mason of Fredrick Co Va.
Sarah's sister married William Cloud of Front Royal Va. and brother Masom Jones married Mary Ann Ashby daughter of Henry and Ellener Ashby.
