      -Jose de las Trinidad Olivas is UNSUBSTANTIATED but most likely the same person as the unmarried Jose Olivas listed in 1870 census.

      -The only other possibility for the identity of this person would be brother Jose de los Santos de Jesus Olivas. However in the 1860 & 1880 censuses he has Santos included in his name. Additionally, he married in 1867.

      -1800 Census marital status could have been mistakenly mixed up with his brother Trinidad's (Trinidad listed as married WITHOUT evidence of wife/children) (Jose listed as single, WITH evidence of wife & children)

      -Jose Trinidad Olivas' name IS listed as Jose Olivas in 1860 & 1870 censuses living with his parents and siblings.

      -Jose Trinidad Olivas listed in a DIFFERENT 1880 census with wife and children. He could possibly be listed TWICE, being included in his mother's household as are other married sons, whose wive's are in separate households.
